It's actually quite easy:
Use a regular cake recipe, like the Four by Four cake. Use a rectangular tin and line it with baking paper.
When the cake is completely cool, cover the flat side with white fondant.
Decorate with fresh berries: strawberries, blackberries and blackberries.

Easy cake fondant
250
gr icing sugar
1 tbsp. softened butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. softened butter
1 tbsp. milk
Mix
all ingredients together until very firm
With
a rolling pin, roll the fondant on baking paper and unroll it on top of the
cake.
Trim
and decorate.
Chocolate mousse
200gr
culinary chocolate
6
eggs
10
tablespoons of sugar
3
tablespoons of butter
1. Break the eggs
and separate the white from the yolk. Beat the whites to stiff peaks.
2. Melt the
chocolate with the butter in a double boiler/bain marie.
3. Carefully fold
in the whites.
4. Goes in the
fridge for at least one hour before serving.
