Easy cake fondant

This is a very easy recipe for fondant. The traditional ones usually include ingredients that we can't find in portugal, like corn syrup. 

250 gr icing sugar
1 tbsp. softened butter
1 tbsp. milk

Mix all ingredients together until very firm

With a rolling pin, roll the fondant on baking paper and unroll it on top of the cake.

Trim and decorate.
