250gr sugar
        250gr softened butter
        500gr flour
Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the suger with the butter, then add the flour.

It should form a consistent dough, but if it’s too soft you can always chill it for 15 minutes.

Make small balls (e.g. pingpong) and place them on a greased tray.

Lightely crush them with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 15/20 minutes.
