Union Jack cake

Queen Elizabeth II had her 60 year Jubilee this year, so a Union Jack cake seemed like a good idea!

It's actually quite easy:

Use a regular cake recipe, like the Four by Four cake. Use a rectangular tin and line it with baking paper.

When the cake is completely cool, cover the flat side with white fondant.

Decorate with fresh berries: strawberries, blackberries and blackberries.
