Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:



200 gr flour

200 gr sugar

100 gr softened butter

200 gr chocolate bar

1 dl milk

3 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder



Preparation:



Beat egg whites at a high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie and set half of it aside, for frosting.

Beat the butter with the sugar, add the egg yolks, milk, melted chocolate, flour and baking powder until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the egg whites.

Bake in medium heat oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean.

When cool spread the remaining chocolate as a frosting.
