Chocolate Muffins


Ingredients:
200 gr of baking chocolate
200 gr flour
125 gr yellow sugar
2 eggs
75 gr softened butter
9 table spoons of milk
3 table spoons of powdered cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking powder
some extra butter for the tins

Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC and butter 12 small muffin tins.
From the packet of chocolate take 12 little squares and set them aside. Break up the rest of the chocolate uneavenly. Beat the butter with the sugar until a creamy texture in a bowl. Beat the eggs with the milk; mix the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa. Add the mixture of milk and eggs to the butter; add the flour mixture and beat well. Add the chopped chocolate and mix.
Fill in the 12 tins with the mixture and place a chocolate square in them. Bake for 20 minutes.
