Orange Cake



Ingredients:


150 gr of yellow sugar
50 gr of margarine
200 gr of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
5 eggs
2 oranges and lemon rind
1 cup of milk


Preparation:

Beat the sugar with the margarine. Add the yolks of the eggs, the flour and the baking powder. Mix it all very well. Gradually add milk. Then, put the orange juice, and the rind of the oranges and lemon. Beat the egg whites and wrap everything gently. Bake at 180ºC.
